150 gram tereyağı küp küp doğranacak
1 su bardağı toz şeker
3 limon kabuğu rendesi
1 büyük yumurta
Yarım çay bardağı limon suyu
1 paket şekerin vanilya
4 su bardağı un (kontrollü ilave edin)
1 paket kabartma tozu
Yarım su bardağı pudra şekeri (bulamak için)
Üzeri için;

Limon sos
Hazırlanışı:
1.Karıştırma kabına oda ısında tereyağı, toz şeker ve limon kabuğunu rendesini ekleyip çırpalım.
2. Yumurta yarım çay bardağı limon suyunu ilave edip tekrar çırpalım.
3. Unu, kabartma tozu ve vanilyayı ekleyip yoğuralım.
4. Hamurdan parçalar alıp yuvarlayalım ve pudra şekerine bulayalım.
5. Pişirme kağıdı serili fırın tepsisine yerleştirelim. Önceden ısıtılmış 170 derece fırında 25 dk pişirelim.
6. Soğuyan kurabiyelerimizin üzerine pudra şekeri serpelim.
7. Limonlu kurabiyeler servise hazır afiyet olsun. :)
