3 adet muz
Hazırlanışı
1.Karıştırma kabına yumurta ve toz şekeri beyazlaşıncaya kadar çırpalım.
2. Sıvıyağ, süt, yoğurt, un, vanilya ve kabartma tozu ilave edip tekrar çırpalım.
3. Yağlanmış fırın kabınıza kek harcımızı yarısını boşaltıp üzerine dilimlenmiş muzu yerleştirelim.
4. Kalan kek hamurunu da boşaltıp dilimlenmiş muzları yerleştirelim.
5. Önceden ısıtılmış 180 derece fırında yaklaşık 40-45 dk pişirelim.
6. Soğuyan kekimizi servis tabağına ters çevirip pudra şekeri serpelim.
