Hazırlanışı;
1.Uygun bir tavaya 3 su bardağı rendelenmiş havuç ve 1 su bardağı şekeri alıp havuçlar suyunu çekinceye kadar pişirelim.
2.Pişen havuçları soğumaya bırakalım.
3.Daha sonra 1,5 su bardağı rondodan geçirilmiş petibör bisküvi ve rondodan geçirilmiş 1 çay bardağı ceviz ekleyip karıştıralım.
4.Tezgaha streç film serip hindistan cevizini yayalım.
5.Üzerine hazırladığımız havuçlu karışımı sererek kaşık yardımı ile düzleştirelim.
6.Rulo şeklinde sararak bir kaç saat buzdolabında bekletelim.
7.Hazırladığınız tatlıyı verev şeklinde keserek istediğiniz gibi süsleyerek servis edebilirsiniz.
