Gelelim yumuşacık poğaça nasıl yapılır?
Peynirli domatesli ve biberli poğaça
1.1 paket yaş maya, 2 su bardağı ılık süt ve 4 yemek kaşığı şeker yoğurma kabına alınarak mayanın çözülmesi sağlanır.
2.1 su bardağı eritilmiş tereyağı, 2 tatlı kaşığı tuz ve yaklaşık 5 su bardağı un yavaş yavaş eklenerek hamur yoğrulur.
3.Hazır olan hamurun üzerine temiz bir örtü örtülerek 1 saat mayalandırılır.
4.Hamurdan yumurta büyüklüğünde parçalar koparılarak elle yuvarlatılıp ve üzerine bastırılarak hafifçe açılır.
5.Aralıklarla fırın tepsisine yerleştirilir ve vaktiniz var ise yarım saat kadar tepside mayalandırılır.
6.Daha sonra hamurların üzerine yumurta sarısı sürülür.
7.Peynir, domates ve biber yerleştirilir. isteğe bağlı olarak susam serpilir.
8.Poğaçalar Önceden ısıtılmış 200 °C fırında yaklaşık 20 dk pişirilir.
9.Altı üstü kızaran poğaçalar fırından alınarak servis edilir.
