Lesson in Guinness - Tesco Food Festival Belfast, Northern Ireland - What is Guinness and what does it taste like? That was part of Tesco Food Festival that is held every year in Belfast, Northern Ireland, and which was the 9th time for it to be held this year (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gS7fWUZs00Y).

Guinness is a beer company that is famous around the world and it happens to be an Irish dry stout which established in the brewery of Arthur Guinness at St. James gate brewery in the capital city of Dublin, Ireland. Guinness is brewed in different countries in order to be able to serve all those countries that demand its existence in them.

When we were walking in the Tesco Food Festival in Belfast, Northern Ireland, we came across the section related to Guinness Beer and we enjoyed the small lesson given about it there. Tesco Food Festival in Belfast is held every single year in order to let the Irish people get introduced to the Irish food and know more about the local brands through tasting food and drinks and then deciding whether they like it and will buy or will keep moving.

The best thing about Guinness beer is the different varieties it offers and even the shapes it comes in. There are different mixtures created in Guinness that change the flavor as well as the color; there are those strong flavors with dark colors and there are those which are a little bit brighter in color.

Okay, the taste will differ from one person to another according to the likes and dislikes, because every single type might include different ingredients that one person might like while the others will not. Okay, we heard a small story - for others it was a bit longer - and from the flavors that we knew are found in Guinness, there is a list:
The Guinness Draught
The Guinness Original/Extra
The Guinness Foreign Extra Stout
The Guinness Special Extra Stout
The Guinness Bitter, which is a bitter English beer
The Guinness Extra Smooth, which is a smooth stout sold in Nigeria, Cameron, and Ghana
The Malta Guinness, which is a non-alcoholic sweet drink made in Nigeria and exported to the UK, East Africa, and Malaysia
The Guinness Zero ABV, also a non-alcoholic beverage sold in Indonesia
The Guinness Mid Strength
The Guinness Red
The 250 Anniversary Stout

There are different types of Guinness to be found out there which might differ in the country they are produced and sold in. The different types are also produced in different countries and then exported to the rest - they are not all produced in Ireland, the hometown for it.

Bars tend to create cocktails with using Guinness - so don't get surprised whenever you drink something different in every single bar you manage to enter - and you could even search the internet and come up with some of these recipes which you could create yourself at home - good for a night with friends at home, right?

I got the chance to try Guinness at Tesco Food Festival in Belfast, Northern Ireland, and was actually happy with the result - I already know that Guinness is the master of them all, but I had to try and give my opinion about the words he said :-).

After this lesson, I felt like I needed to know more about Guinness as one famous Irish beer company that sell everywhere in the world. Searching the internet, there are some things which we thought that it is the first time to read; first of all, 40% of what is sold from Guinness is actually sold in Africa, one reason behind having three breweries in this part of the world and Nigeria is considered the second largest market for Guinness consumption. Interesting!

Second, the color which lots of people consider black from Guinness is actually a dark red, this perception has been always there due to the dim place which people are usually drinking in, but if they managed to hold their cups high up, they will manage to see that it is actually dark red and this goes back to the roasting of malted barley during the preparation phase of the beer.

These are some of the information pieces which we managed to find about Guinness and which gave us the chance to know more about this famous beer company - just WOW! We are thrilled now and even happier that we got the chance to hear and watch this lesson given by their partition in Tesco Food Festival in Belfast.

Since the home city for Guinness is Dublin, Ireland, then people might be interested to get to this city in order to visit the place where the first brewery was found and at the same time get the chance to talk a tour around Dublin, which could be even done with using the hop-on hop-off tour bus (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xVImAU82ZGA).

There's a tour in the Guinness Storehouse which those who are interested to know more about the place where their favorite beer is produced could visit and get the chance to know more about the production phase and might come out with general information informati(https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kRLVI51fxG4).

About the Site 🌐

This site provides links to random videos hosted at YouTube, with the emphasis on random. πŸŽ₯

Origins of the Idea 🌱

The original idea for this site stemmed from the need to benchmark the popularity of a video against the general population of YouTube videos. 🧠

Challenges Faced πŸ€”

Obtaining a large sample of videos was crucial for accurate ranking, but YouTube lacks a direct method to gather random video IDs.

Even searching for random strings on YouTube doesn't yield truly random results, complicating the process further. πŸ”

Creating Truly Random Links πŸ› οΈ

The YouTube API offers additional functions enabling the discovery of more random videos. Through inventive techniques and a touch of space-time manipulation, we've achieved a process yielding nearly 100% random links to YouTube videos.
