Yoğurt
Tuz
Sıvı yağ
Nane
Pul biber

Hazırlanışı;
1.Kabaklar güzelce soyulur, ince ince dilimlenir.
2.Bir borcamın içine alınır, üzerlerine sıvı yağ ve tuz ilave edilip iyice karıştırılır, fırına verilir.
3.Fırında üzerleri kızarana kadar bekletilir.
4.Bu sırada yeteri kadar yoğurt çırpılır, tuzu ilave edilir.
Dilerseniz bu aşamada sarımsak kullanabilirsiniz.
5.Kabaklar fırından alındıktan sonra servis tabağına boşaltılıp hazırlanan sos üzerine dökülür.
6.Son olarak pul biber ve nane ile süslenir.
Aynı salatayı kabakları kızartarak da yapıyorum ama böylesi de çok hafif oluyor, tavsiye ederim:) Afiyet olsun.
