Hazırlanışı;
1.Uygun bir kapta rondodan geçirdiğimiz 2 paket yulaflı bisküvi ve eritilmiş 3 yemek kaşığı tere yağını karıştırıp kelepçeli kalıbımızın tabanına bastırarak yerleştirelim.Muhallebimiz pişinceye kadar buzdolabında bekletelim.
2.Bu arada muhallebisi için tencereye 1 su bardağı irmik,1 su bardağı şeker,1 su bardağı hindistan cevizi ve 5 su bardağı sütü ekleyip karıştıralım.
3.Muhallebi koyulaşıncaya kadar pişirelim.
4.İlk sıcaklığı çıkan muhallebiyi bisküvilerin üzerine gezdirelim.
5.Son olarak benmari usulü erittiğimiz 2 paket sütlü ve 1 paket bitter çikolatayı muhallebinin üzerine yayalım.
6.Buzdolabında beklettikten sonra süsleyip dilimleyerek servis edelim.
