Yoğurtlu Tavuk Salatası Tarifi için Malzemeler
1 paket tavuk göğsü (yaklaşık 400g kadar)
2 adet salatalık (ya da kornişon turşu da kullanabilirsiniz)
2 diş sarımsak
Dereotu
1 kase kadar yoğurt
2 yemek kaşığı mayonez
Ceviz
Tuz

Hazırlanışı;
1.Tavuklar haşlanarak küçük küçük parçalara ayrılır.
2.Salatalıklar soyulur ve küçük küçük doğranır.
3.Dereotu kıyılır.
4.Mayonez, ezilmiş sarımsak ve yoğurt ayrı bir kapta karıştırılarak tüm malzemeler birleştirilir.
5.İri dövülmüş ceviz (ben ceviz kalmadığı için ekleyemedim fotoğrafta yok ama çok yakışıyor) ve tuz eklerenerek servis kabına alınır. Afiyet olsun.
