¾ çay bardağı zeytinyağı
3-4 dal taze soğan
8-9 dal maydanoz

Süslemek için:
Siyah zeytin ve yumurta
Hazırlanışı;
1.Uygun bir kapta 1 çay bardağından biraz eksik zeytinyağı,yeteri kadar tuz,1 tatlı kaşığı pulbiber ve 1 tatlı kaşığı sumağı karıştıralım.
2.Hazırladığımız sosa haşlanmış ve küp küp doğranmış 4 adet patatesi ilave edip iyice karıştıralım.
3.Son olarak 3-4 dal doğranmış yeşil soğan ve 8-9 dal ince kıyılmış maydanozu ekleyip karıştıralım.
4.Salatamızı servis tabağımıza alıp haşlanmış yumurta ve siyah zeytin eşliğinde servis edebiliriz.
