2 tane rendelenmiş portakal kabuğu
1 su bardağı portakal suyu
1 paket kabartma tozu
7-8 su bardağı un
Üzeri için;
1 yumurta akı
İri kıyılmış ceviz veya toz şeker
Hazırlanışı;
1. Yoğurma kabına oda ısısında tereyağı, yumurta sarısı, rendelenmiş portakal kabuğu rendesi, portakal suyu, toz şeker, sıvıyağı ilave edip karıştıralım.
2. Kabartma tozu, unu azar azar ilave ederek yumuşak kıvamlı bir hamur elde edelim.
3. Hamurdan parçalar alıp yuvarlayalım.
4. Ardından önce yumurta akına, daha sonra kırılmış cevize yada toz şekere batıralım.
5. Pişirme kağıdı serili fırın tepsisine yerleştirip önceden ısıtılmış 170 derece fırında 15 dk pişirelim.
6. Biz bu şekilde 40 adet kurabiye elde ettik.
