Hazırlanışı;

1.1 gece önceden ıslatıp haşladığımız 1,5 su bardağı börülce,1 tutam maydanoz,1 tutam dereotu ve 5 adet yeşil soğanı genişçe bir kaseye alarak karıştıralım.
2.Üzerine yarım limon suyu,yeteri kadar tuz ve 3 yemek kaşığı zeytinyağını ekleyip karıştıralım.
3.Salatamızı servis tabağına alarak üzerine nar ekşisi gezdirelim.
4.Gayet pratik ve lezzetli börülce salatamız servise hazır.
