4.Köftler sıra ile kızgın yağa bırakılır.
5.Köfteler kızardıkça yağın yüzeyine doğru yükselecektir.
6.Kızaran köfteler kevgirle alınarak fazla yağı havlu kağıt ile çektirildikten sonra servis edilebilir.
