1,5 su bardağı çırpılmış yoğurt
2-3 yemek kaşığı mayonez
Tuz

2 yemek kaşığı zeytinyağı
Hazırlanışı;
1.Uygun bir kapta haşlanıp doğranmış 5 adet patates,1 çay bardağı bezelye,1 çay bardağı mısır,1 su bardağı doğranmış karışık turşu,1,5 su bardağı çırpılmış yoğurt,2-3 yemek kaşığı mayonez,tuz,kekik,kırmızı pulbiber ve 2 yemek kaşığı zeytinyağını karıştıralım.
2.Streç film serili kalıbımıza patatesli harcımızı bastırarak yerleştirelim.
3.Bu şekilde buz dolabında bir kaç saat bekletelim.
4.Daha sonra salatamızı servis tabağına ters çevirerek istediğimiz şekilde süsleyerek servis edelim.
