Hazırlanışı;
1. Tavamıza tereyağını alıp eritelim.
2. Üzerine mısır unu ekleyip sürekli karıştırarak kavuralım.
3. Su ilave edip koyulaşıncaya kadar karıştıralım.
4. Son olarak küp küp doğranmış kolot peyniri de ekleyip, eriyene kadar sürekli karıştıralım.
