125 g tereyağı (isteğe göre margarin ile de karıştırabilirsiniz)
1 su bardağı un
1,5 su bardağı şeker
1 lt süt
1 paket vanilya
Hazırlanışı;
1.Bir tencereye 125 g tereyağı alınır ve eritilir.
2.Eriyen yağın üzerine 1 su bardağı un eklenir ve pembeleşene kadar kavrulur.
3.Üzerine 1 lt süt ilave edilerek karıştırılır.
4.Daha sonra 1,5 su bardağı şeker eklenir ve karıştırmaya devam edilir.
5.İyice koyulaştıktan sonra ocağın altı kapatılır ve 1 paket vanilya ilave edilir,3-4 dk çırpılır.
6.Islatılmış borcama muhallebi dökülür.
7.Borcama dökülen muhallebi buzdolabına konularak 2-3 saat dinlenmeye bırakılır.
8.Dinlenen muhallebi dolaptan alınarak ters çevrilir ve çıkartılır.
9.Dilediğiniz şekilde süsleyerek servis edebilirsiniz.
