5-6 su bardağı sıcak su
1 su bardağı haşlanmış nohut
1 su bardağı hazır mantı
1 adet bulyon
Karabiber
Pulbiber
Nane
Tuz
Hazırlanışı;
1.Tencereye 2 yemek kaşığı sıvı yağı alalım.
2.1 adet doğranmış soğan ve 2 diş sarımsağı kavuralım.
3.Daha sonra 1, 5 yemek kaşığı salçayı da ekleyip 2-3 dakika daha kavurmaya devam edelim.
4.5-6 su bardağı sıcak su, 1 su bardağı haşlanmış nohut, 1 su bardağı hazır mantı ve 1 adet bulyon ekleyip mantılar yumuşayana kadar pişirelim.
5.Pişmeye yakın karabiber, pulbiber, nane ve tuz ilave edip karıştıralım.
6.1-2 dakika daha kaynadıktan sonra altını kapatalım.
7.Sıcak sıcak servis edelim.
