Malzemeler
3-4 adet pırasa
1 adet havuç
2-3 yemek kaşığı sıvı yağ (sebzeleri sotelemek için)
2 adet yumurta
Yarım su bardağı süt
1, 5 su bardağı mısır unu
1 paket kabartma tozu
Tuz
Yarım su bardağı sıvı yağ

Hazırlanışı;

1.3-4 adet ince doğranmış pırasa,1 küçük boy rendelenmiş havuç,2-3 yemek kaşığı sıvıyağı tavaya alarak sebzeler diriliğini yitirinceye kadar kavuralım.
2.Derince bir kaba 2 adet yumurtayı alarak çırpalım.
3.Yarım su bardağı sıvıyağ,yarım su bardağı süt,1 paket kabartma tozu,1,5 su bardağı mısır unu,2 çay kaşığı kadar tuz ilave edelim ve tekrar çırpalım.
4.Kavurduğumuz sebzeleri ilave edelim ve karıştıralım.
5.Yağlanmış küçük boy yuvarlak borcama harcımızı dökelim.
6.Önceden ısıtılmış 170°C fırında üzeri kızarıncaya kadar yaklaşık yarım saat pişirelim.
7.İlk sıcağı çıkan böreğimizi dilimledikten sonra servis edebiliriz.
8.Kahvaltılarda veya çay saatlerinde ikram edebileceğiniz pratik ve farklı bir tarif.
9.Denemenizi tavsiye ederim.
