Steve - now our friend - from Lakeside Bar & Restaurant in KillyHevlin Hotel, shared his way of preparing the Alexander cocktail for his people and the way he even presents and serves it to them - just like the way he directs us all in the video.
Brandy Alexandra is a mixture of whipped cream (50 ml), creme de cacao (25 ml), and Hennessy brandy (35 ml); all that is poured together in the shaker that is filled with ice. The shaker should be held and closed safely and correctly and then these ingredients should be shaken well until they are ice cold. Brandy Alexander is served in a martini glass and is garnished with a slice of orange and topped off with freshly grated nutmeg.
To prepare this easy cocktails, you will only need two minutes of your time and that is exactly the interesting thing about preparing those drinks you like to have all by yourself - the problem might be in having those ingredients at home - not all of us tend to have all these drinks at home so we end up going to a good place to be served well.
