1 su bardağı süzme yoğurt
2 yemek kaşığı un
1 yumurta sarısı
1 su bardağı haşlanmış nohut (ben haşlayıp dondurucuya kaldırmıştım, oradan kullandım)
5 su bardağı su
Tuz
Üzeri için
2 yemek kaşığı tereyağı
1 tatlı kaşığı kuru nane
Hazırlanışı;
1.Süzme yoğurt, un ve yumurta tencereye alınır üzerine bir su bardağı kadar su dökülerek çırpılır.
2.Sonrasında kalan 4 bardak su da tencereye eklenerek ocağa alınır.
3.Yarma da eklenerek kaynayana kadar sürekli karıştırılır.
4.Kaynadıktan sonra yarmalar pişene kadar arada karıştırılıp hem çorbanın kıvamı kontrol edilir hem de yarmaların tencerenin tabanına yapışmaması sağlanır.
5.10-15dk kadar sonra nohut ilave edilerek yarmalar pişene kadar kısık ateşte pişirilir.
6.Çorba piştikten sonra küçük bir tavada tereyağı eritilir, nane eklenerek karıştırılır.
7.Hazırlanan yağ çorbaya eklenerek karıştırılır.
8.Çorbanın kıvamı koyu ise her aşama da su ilavesi yapabilirsiniz. Afiyet olsun.
