Hazırlanışı;
1.İlk olarak sosu için uygun bir kaba 1 yemek kaşığı domates salçası,yarım çay bardağı su,tuz,kekik ve karabiberi ilave edip karıştıralım.
2.Sosusmuz hazır.
3.Enine ortadan ikiye kestiğimiz 1 adet bazlamayı yağlı kağıt serili fırın tepsisine yerleştirelim.
4.Bazlamaların üzerine hazırladığımız sostan eşit şekilde yayalım.
5.Bazlamanın 1 tanesine sucuk,kırmızı biber,yeşil biber ve domateslerimizi yerleştirelim.
6.Diğer bazlamamıza kırmızı biber,yeşil biber,ve domatesimizi yerleştirelim.
7.Siz dilerseniz farklı malzemelerde kullanabilirsiniz.
8.180°C önceden ısıtılmış fırında 10 dk pişirelim.
9.Fırından alıp üzerlerine kaşar peyniri rendesi serpelim.
10.Kaşarlar eriyip kızarıncaya kadar pişirelim.
