125 gr tereyağı
1 çay bardağı sıvı yağ
Yarım su bardağı yoğurdu
Yarım çay bardağı şeker
1 paket vanilya
1 paket kabartma tozu
3,5 su bardağı un
Şerbeti için;
3 su bardağı şeker
3,5 su bardağı su
1 yemek kaşığı limon
Üzeri için;
Yarım su bardağı irmik
Hazırlanışı;
1.3 su bardağı şeker ve 3,5 su bardağı suyu tencereye alarak kaynamaya bırakalım.
2.Kaynadıktan sonra 1 yemek kaşığı limon suyunuda ekleyip 5 dk daha kaynatalım.
3.Ardından soğumaya bırakalım.
4.Hamuru için 1 adet yumurta,125 g oda sıcaklığında tereyağı,1 çay bardağı sıvıyağ ve yarım su bardağı yoğurdu yoğurma kabına alarak çırpalım.
5.Yarım çay bardağı şeker,1 paket vanilya ve 1 paket kabartma tozunuda ekleyerek çırpmaya devam edelim.
6.Yaklaşık 3,5 su bardağı unu yavaş yavaş ilave ederek, yumuşak kıvamlı bir hamur elde edelim.
7.Hamurumuzdan ceviz büyüklüğünde parçalar alarak parmak şekli verelim.
8.Şekillendirdiğimiz hamurun her tarafını irmiğe bulayalım.
9.Pişirme kağıdı serilmiş fırın tepsisine tatlılarımızı yerleştirerek önceden ısıtılmış 180°C fırında 25 dk kadar pişirelim.
10.İlk sıcaklığı çıkan tatlının üzerine soğumuş olan şerbeti gezdirelim.
11Şerbetini çeken tatlımızı dilediğimiz gibi süsleyerek servis edelim.
