Yarım bardak zeytinyağı
Yarım çay bardağı limon suyu
Tuz, karabiber
1 yemek kaşığı hardal
1 çay kaşığı toz şeker
Hazırlanışı;
1.2 su bardağı haşlanmış yeşil mercimek,1 su bardağı arpa şehriye,2 adet ince doğranmış kırmızı biber,5-6 adet doğranmış kornişon turşu,2 adet domates,1 su bardağı haşlanmış mısır,3-4 dal yeşil soğan,ince kıyılmış maydanoz ve dereotunu uygun bir kaba alalım.
2.Sosu için ayrı bir kapta yarım çay bardağı zeytinyağı,yarım çay bardağı limon suyu,karabiber,yeteri kadar tuz,1 yemek kaşığı hardal ve 1 çay kaşığı toz şekeri çırpalım.
3.Hazırladığımız sosu salatanın üzerine ilave edip karıştıralım.
4.Salatamız servise hazır.
