2 çay bardağı sıvı yağ
2 tatlı kaşığı şeker
2 çay kaşığı tuz
2 tatlı kaşığı sirke

Yumurta sarısı
Kurabiyenin yapımı:
Yoğurma kabına 250 g margarin ya da tereyağı, 2 çay bardağı sıvı yağ, 2 tatlı kaşığı şeker, 2 tatlı kaşığı sirke, 2 çay kaşığı tuz, 2 adet yumurtanın akı ve yavaş yavaş un eklenerek hamur yoğrulur. Toplamda 6 su bardağı kadar un alıyor.
Hamur yoğrulduktan sonra şekillendirilerek yağlı kağıt serilmiş tepsiye dizilir. Kurabiyelerin Üzerine yumurta sarısı sürülür. Susam ve çörek otu serpiştirilir.
170 C fırında kontrollü pişirilir.
