Kara Kız Kurabiyesi Tarifi İçin Malzemeler
Çay bardağı ölcüsü 100ml’lik
125 g oda sıcaklığında tereyağ veya margarin
1 adet yumurta sarısı (akı kenarına)
3 yemek kaşığı kakao
3/4 çay bardağı şeker
1 paket vanilya
1 çay kaşığı kabartma tozu
Aldığına un
Kenarı için:
Kırılmış fındık
Ayırdığımız yumurta akı
Hazırlanışı;
1.Yoğurma kabına 125 g oda sıcaklığında tereyağı,1 adet yumurta sarısı,1 çay bardağından 1 parmak eksik şeker,3 yemek kaşığı kakao,1 çay kaşığı kabartma tozu ve 1 paket vanilyayı ilave edip yoğuralım.
2.Daha sonra 1,5 su bardağı kadar unumuzu yavaş yavaş ilave edip ele yapışmayan bir hamur elde edelim.
3.Hamurdan ceviz büyüklüğünde parçalar alıp yuvarlayalım.
4.Üzerlerine yumurta dilimleyicisi ile şekil verelim.
5.Kurabiyelerin kenarına parmağımızla yumurta akı sürüp çekilmiş fındık ile kaplayalım.
6.Ardından yağlı kağıt serili fırın tepsisine yerleştirelim.
7.Önceden ısıtılmış 180°C fırında 12-15 dk pişirelim.
8.İlk sıcaklığı geçtikten sonra kurabiyelerimiz servise hazır.
