Üzeri için:

Hazırlanışı;
1. Karıştırma kabına yumurta olarak çırpalım.
2.Üzerine yoğurt, sıvıyağ, beyaz peynir, karabiber, pulbiber ve tuzu ekleyip karıştıralım.
3. Küçük küçük doğranmış patates, soğan ve maydanozu ilave edip karıştırmaya devam edelim.
4. Son olarak kabartma tozu ve unu ekleyip tekrar karıştıralım.
5. Pişirme kağıdı serili fırın kabına harcımızı boşaltıp yayalım ve üzerine susam serpelim.
6. Önceden ısıtılmış 180 derece fırında 45-50 dk pişirelim
7. Yarım saat dinlendirdikten sonra dilimleyerek servis edebilirsiniz.
