1.Böreğimizin iç harcı için haşlanmış 2 adet patates,karabiber,pulbiber ve tuzu uygun bir kapta karıştıralım.
2.2 adet yufkayı üst üste tezgaha serip büyüklüğüne göre 8 veya 12 eşit parçaya bölelim.
3.Yufka dilimlerinin geniş kısmına iç harcımızdan koyarak yayalım.
4.Kenar kısımlarını hafifçe içe katlayarak rulo şeklinde saralım.
5.Uç kısmının açılmaması için su ile ıslatarak kapatalım.
6.Böreklerimizi kızgın sıvıyağda çevirerek kızartalım.
