1 adet yumurta
2 yemek kaşığı sıvı yağ
Tuz
1 küçük çay bardağı rendelenmiş kaşar peyniri
1 küçük çay bardağı rendelenmiş beyaz peynir
Kıyılmış dereotu
Hazırlanışı;
1.2 adet kabağımızı ortadan ikiye kesip kaşık yardımı ile içlerini oyalım.
2.Uygun bir tencerede kaynattığımız suya kabakları ve tuzu ilave edip kabaklar yumuşayıncaya kadar haşlayalım.
3.Bu sırada iç harcı için 1 adet yumurta,1 çay bardağı beyaz peynir,1 çay bardağı rendelenmiş kaşar peyniri,Dereotu,2 yemek kaşığı sıvıyağ ve tuz ekleyip karıştıralım.
4.Haşlanan kabaklarımızı fırın kabına alalım.
5.İçlerini hazırlamış olduğumuz peynirli karışımla dolduralım.
6.Önceden ısıtılmış 190°C - 200°Clik fırında üzerleri kızarıncaya kadar pişirelim.
7.Peynirli kabak sandallarımız servise hazır.
