Limon suyu
Hazırlanışı;
1. Sıvıyağ da doğradığımız soğanı kavuralım.
2. Biber salçası, karabiber ve pulbiber ilave edip karıştıralım.
3. Uygun bir kapta soğan karışımını, közlenmiş ezilmiş patlıcan, közlenmiş ezilmiş kırmızı biberi közlenip ezilmiş yeşil biber, ince ince doğranmış domates ve ince doğranmış bir tutam maydanozu da ekleyip karıştıralım.
4. Üzerine limon suyu, zeytin yağı, yeteri kadar tuz ve dövülmüş sarımsağı da ilave edip tekrar karıştıralım.
5. Babagannuş salatamız servise hazır. Deneyeceklere şimdiden afiyet olsun. :)
