1 yemek kaşığı domates salçası
3 yemek kaşığı domates sosu (2 adet domates)
3-4 adet sarımsak
kekik, karabiber, pulbiber
tuz
yarım su bardağı sıcak su
Hazırlanışı;
1.Kuşbaşı doğranmış tavuk eti tencereye alınır, kapağı kapatılarak suyunu çekene kadar kavrulur.
2.Doğranmış mantar eklenerek tencerenin kapağı tekrar kapatılır 5dk kadar pişirilir.
3.Daha sonra sıvı yağ, domates salçası eklenerek 1-2dk daha pişirilir.
4.Sarımsak, kekik, karabiber, pulbiber ve tuz eklenir.
5.Yarım su bardağı sıcak su ilave edilerek 3-4dk pişirilir ocaktan alınır.
