Frappé Tarifi Malzemeler;
1,5 tatlı kaşığı nescafe
İstenilen miktarda şeker
4-5 tatlı kaşığı su
Soğuk süt
1-2 adet buz küpü
Servis için;
Vanilyalı dondurma
Hazırlanışı;
1.Frappé soğuk bir kahve türüdür. Üstü köpük kaplı olan bu soğuk kahve, hazır kahveden yapılır. İlk olarak 1957 yılında Selanik'te yapılmıştır. Hazırlanışında küçük değişiklikler yapılabilir. Tamamen su veya tamamen süt ile hazırlanabilir. Dondurma veya krema ilave edilerek servis yapılabilir.
2.Bir karıştırıcıya neskafe, şeker ve su koyularak en az 30 sn çalkalanır.
3.Çalkaladıktan sonra krema kıvamında bir karışım elde edeceksiniz.
4.Uzun bir cam bardağın dibine 1-2 adet buz küpü koyulur.
5.Üzerine çalkalayarak elde ettiğimiz karışım dökülür.
6.Daha sonra bu karışımın üstüne soğuk süt ilave edilir. (Bu aşamada su ilave edip ardından süt ile doldurulabilir ama ben süt ile daha güzel olduğu kanısındayım, o yüzden sadece süt ile yaptım).
7.En son üzerine dondurma koyularak servis yapılır. :) Afiyet Olsun:)
