2 adet közlenmiş kırmızı biber
1 adet havuç
4 adet kornişon turşu
1 su bardagı haşlanmış bezelye
Dereotu
Maydanoz
Zeytinyağı
Limon suyu
Tuz

Hazırlanışı;

1.tencereye yağımızı alalım.
2.Üzerine 1,5 su bardağı tel şehriye ilave edip kavuralım.
3.2 su bardağı sıcak su ve tuzunu ilave edip karıştıralım.
4.Kapağını kapatıp pişmeye bırakalım.
5.Pişen tel şehriyelerimizi uygun bir kaba alıp soğumaya bırakalım.
6.Uygun bir kaba 1 adet rendelenmiş havuç,2 adet közlenmiş küçük küçük doğranmış kırmızıbiber,1 su bardağı haşlanmış bezelye,4 adet doğranmış kornişon turşu,dereotu,maydanoz ve pişirdiğimiz tel şehriyeyi ilave edip karıştıralım.
7.Tel şehriyeli karışımımıza tuz,1 adet limon suyu ve göz kararı zeytinyağı ekleyip iyice karıştıralım ve servis tabağına alalım.
