Pişi nasıl yapılır?

3.Hamurun üzeri ötülerek yaklaşık 1 saat kadar mayalanmaya bırakılır.
4.Hamur mayalandıktan sonra elimizi hafifçe sıvı yağ ile yağlanarak hamurda yumurta büyüklüğünde parçalar koparılır.
5.Elle açılarak önceden kızdırılan bol sıvı yağda hamurlar kızartılır.
6.Hamuru şekillendirirken ortasına parmağınızla delik açarsanız ortası daha kolay pişecektir, pişilerin boyutunu tercihinize göre ayarlayabilirsiniz.
7.Tüm hamurlar kızartıldıktan sonra sıcağıyla servis edilir, afiyet olsun.
