1 çay bardağı pudra şekeri
1 yemek kaşığı yoğurt
1 paket kabartma tozu
1 paket vanilya
4 su bardağı un
Üzeri İçin :
4 yemek kaşığı su
2 yemek kaşığı pekmez
1 çay bardağı kavrulmuş susam
Hazırlanışı;
1.yoğurma kabına 1 adet yumurta ve yarım çay bardağı toz şekeri alarak şekerler eriyinceye kadar çırpalım.
2.125 g oda sıcaklığında tereyağı,1 çay bardağı sıvıyağ,1 çay bardağı pudra şekeri,1 yemek kaşığı yoğurt,1 paket kabartma tozu,1 paket vanilyave yaklaşık 4,5 su bardağı unu yavaş yavaş ilave ederek yumuşak kıvamlı bir hamur elde edelim.
3.Hamurdan ceviz büyüklüğünde parçalar alarak yuvarlayalım.
4.Önce pekmezli suya ardından kavrulmuş susama batıralım.
5.Yağlı kağıt serili fırın tepsisine yerleştirelim.
6.Önceden ısıtılmış 170°C fırında 25-30 dk kadar pişirelim.
7.Biz bu şekilde 28 adet kurabiye elde ettik.
