It's that time! I got the green light and health clearance to start exercising again but was advised to ease into it since the last time I worked out was early June of last year. Since filming this video I started the Cize workout if you follow me on social media I post updates there and in my facebook group. However due to a horrible clogged milk duck on day 3, I wasn't able to continue for 2 days and now we are headed on Spring Break for 1 week. A rough start which is always the toughest but I am determined to start fresh again when we get back. I'll be updating you weekly on my journey with Cize to start! If any one wants to join me let me know!!! We can do this together!
