1.Kek hamuru için 1 su bardağı şeker ve 5 adet yumurta çırpmak kabına alınır. Mikser yardımı ile 5dk boyunca çırpılır.
2.1 su bardağı süt, 1 su bardağı sıvı yağ, 1 su bardağı un, 1 paket kabartma tozu, 1 paket vanilya ve 3 yemek kaşığı kakao eklenerek tekrar çırpılır.
3.Hazırlanan hamur yağlanmış fırın kabına dökülür.
4.Önceden ısıtılmış 180 derece fırında yaklaşık 40dk pişmeye bırakılır.
5.Sos için, 1 su bardağışı süt, Yarım su bardağı sıvı yağ, 1 su bardağı şeker ve 2 yemek kaşığı kakao küçük bir tencereye alınarak çırpılır, ocağa alınarak kaynayana kadar karıştırılır ve kaynadıktan sonra ocaktan alınır.
6.Kürdan testi yaptıktan sonra fırından alınan kek ilk sıcağı çıkması için yaklaşık 5 dk bekletilir.
7.Kek istenen şekilde dilimlere ayrıldıktan sonra üzerine hazırlanan sos gezdirilir.
