Sıvı yağda kavurduğumuz salçalı sos
Hazırlanışı;
1.Uygun bir tavaya 3 yemek kaşığı sıvıyağ ve 1 yemek kaşığı salçamızı alıp kavuralım.
2.Üzerine tuz,karabiber ve pulbiber ekleyip karıştıralım.
3.Daha sonra 2 adet haşlanıp rendelenmiş patatesi ilave edip kavurmaya devam edelim.
4.Son olarak ince kıyılmış maydanozu da ekleyip karıştıralım ve soğumaya bırakalım.
5.5 adet dikdörtgen milföyden her birini 8 eşit parçaya keselim.
6.Ortasına iç harcımızdan koyup mantı şeklinde kapatalım.
7.Yağlı kağıt serili fırın tepsisine yerleştirip önceden ısıtılmış fırında üzerleri kızarıncaya kadar yaklaşık 30-35 dk pişirelim.
8.İlk sıcaklığı çıkan mantımızı servis tabağına alalım.
9.Üzerine hazırlamış olduğumuz sarımsaklı yoğurt gezdirelim.
10.Son olarak tereyağında sıvı yağda kavurduğumuz 1 tatlı kaşığı salçamızı da üzerine gezdirip servis edelim.
