Amerikan kurabiye için gereken malzemeler:
125 gr yumuşak tereyağ ( margarin de olabilir)
1,5 kahve fincanı esmer şeker
2 yumurta
5,5 kahve fincanı un
1 paket vanilya
1 paket kabartma tozu
4 tepeleme çorba kaşığı damla çikolata
Hazırlanışı;
1.Yoğurma kabına 125 g oda sıcaklığında tereyağı,2 adet yumurta,1,5 kahve fincanı esmer şeker,1 paket vanilya ve 1 paket kabartma tozu alınarak karıştırılır.
2.Yavaş yavaş un ilave edilerek hamur yoğurulur.
3.Bu tarifte yaklaşık 5,5 kahve fincanı un kullanılmıştır.
4.Hamur hazırlanınca 4 tepeleme yemek kaşığı damla çikolata veya kurabiye çikolatası eklenerek tekrar yoğurulur.
5.Hamurdan parçalar koparılarak 5-6 cm çapında olacak şekilde kurabiyeler şekillendirilir.
6.Kurabiyeler aralıklı olarak fırın tepsisine dizilir.
7.Önceden ısıtılmış 160°C fırında 15-20 dk pişirilir.
8.Pişirme süresini çok fazla uzatmamanızı tavsiye ederim.
9.Yumuşak amerikan kurabiyelerimiz servise hazır.
