Cevizli Fincan Kadayıf Tarifi

300 g kadayıf
Yarım su bardağı kırık ceviz
150 g tereyağı
Şerbeti için
1,5 su bardağı şeker
2 su bardağı su
4-5 damla limon suyu
Hazırlanışı;
1. Kadayıftan bir tutam alınarak orta boy bir fincana üzerinden bastırarak yerleştirilir.
2.Üzerine 2 tatlı kaşığı kadar ceviz koyulur ve tekrar kadayıf yerleştirilerek iyice bastırılır.
3.Fincan fırın kabına ters çevrilerek kadayıf topları tepsiye dizilir.
4.300g kadayıftan 8 adet kadayıf topu hazırlanabilir. 150g tereyağı eritilerek kadayıfların üzerine gezdirilir.
5.180C derece ısıtılmış fırında kızarana kadar pişirilir.
6.Tatlı piştikten sonra soğumaya bırakılır.
7.Şerbeti için 1,5 su bardağı şeker ve 2 su bardağı su tencereye alınarak 10dk kaynatılır.
8.4-5 damla limon suyu eklenerek 1-2dk daha kaynatılır ocaktan alınır.
9.5dk ilk sıcaklığının çıkması beklenen şerbet, soğumuş kadayıfların üzerine gezdirilir.
10.Şerbeti çekip soğuduktan sonra dilerseniz sade, dilerseniz üzerinde kaymak veya dondurma ile servis edilir.
