Hazırlanışı;
1.Öncelikle bir karıştırma kabında 3 çay bardağı şeker ve 3 yumurta köpük köpük oluncaya kadar çırpılır.
2.Daha sonra karışıma 1,5 çay bardağı sıvıyağ,1,5 çay bardağı süt eklenir.
3.6 çay bardağı un, 1 paket kabartma tozu,1 paket vanilya elenerek karışıma eklenir.Tüm malzeme güzelce çırpılır.
4.Son olarak 2 adet limon kabuğu rendesi ilave edilir.
5.Hazırlanan kek hamuru yağlanmış kek kalıbına dökülür.
5.160° ısıtılmış fırında pişirilir.
6.Pişen kek fırından çıkartılır.
7.Soğuyan kek dilimlenerek servis edilir.
