Hazırlanışı;
1.Doğrayarak haşladığımız 2 adet sıcak patates ve yarım su bardağı ince bulguru uygun bir kaba alarak çatalla ezelim.
2.Üzerini sterç film ile kapatıp bulgurun şişmesini bekleyelim.
3.Bu sırada az sıvıyağda 1 adet doğranmış soğanı kavuralım.
4.Üzerine 1 yemek kaşığı domates salçası ve 1 tatlı kaşığı biber salçasını ekleyip karıştıralım.
5.Patatesli karışımın üzerine soğanlı harcı,Doğranmış maydanozu,yeteri kadar tuzu,yarım limon suyunu ve pulbiberi ilave edip yoğuralım.
6.Avuç içerisinde sıkarak şekil verelim.
7.Patates köftelerimiz hazır.
