Hazırlanışı;
1.Tencerenin en altına kuşbaşı doğranmış 2 parça tavuk göğsünü,Üzerine küp küp doğranmış 2 adet patatesi,Halka şeklinde doğranmış 1 adet soğanı,İkiye bölünmüş 4 diş sarımsağı,doğranmış 1 adet patlıcanı,Doğranmış 3 adet yeşil biberi ve halka şeklinde doğranmış 2 adet domatesi yerleştirelim.
2.Sosu için uygun bir kapta 2 yemek kaşığı sıvıyağ,2 yemek kaşığı salça,yeteri kadar tuz,karabiber,pulbiber ve 2 su bardağı sıcak suyu karıştıralım.
3.Hazırlamış olduğumuz yemeğin üzerine sosumuzu gezdirelim.
4.Kapağını kapatarak hiç karıştırmadan kısık ateşte yaklaşık 35-40 dk pişirelim.
