Keşkek Tarifi - Nefis Yemek Tarifleri Video

Anadolu'muzun neredeyse her yöresinde hazırlanan yapılan bir keşkek tarifi vardır ama herkesin kendi memleketinin ki daha lezzetli oluyor. Bizlerde Merzifon'a ait keşkek tarifini sizler için paylaşıyoruz. Bayram sabahlarında özellikle keşkek yemek adetimizdir. Keşkek Tarifi İçin Malzemeler
1kg aşurelik bütün buğday
1 su bardağı nohut
800g et(tavuk eti koyarsanız 3 adet but)
tuz

Sosu için;
tereyağı
salça

Hazırlanışı;

1.1 kg aşurelik buğdağ temizlenir.
2.700 g dana eti küçük küçük doğranır.
3.Buğday ve nohut bol su ile yıkanır.
4.Çömleğin tabanına etler yerleştirilir.
5.Üzerine yıkanan nohut ve buğday yerleştirilir ve 1,5 yemek kaşığı tuz ilave edilir.
6.Malzemeleri yaklaşık 15 cm geçecek kadar su eklenir ve üzeri metal bir kapak ya da folyo ile kapatılır.
7.Hazırlanan çölmek odun fırında 1 gece oyunca pişmeye bırakılır.
8.Pişen keşkek tahta bir kaşıkla ezilir ve kıvamını ayarlamak için sıcak su eklenir.
9.Sosu için bir tavaya tereyağı alınarak eritilir ve salça eklenir.
10.Keşkeğin üzerine salçalı sos gezdirilerek servis edilir.
