2 adet soğan
1 çay bardağı arpa şehriye
1 yemek kaşığı salça
2 yemek kaşığı sıvı yağ
1 küçük boy havuç
1 tatlı kaşığı nane
Hazırlanışı;
1.Yeşil mercimek 1 litre su ile haşlanır.
2.Mercimekler yumuşadıktan sonra dağılmasına izin vermeden ocaktan alınır.
3.Suyu ayrı bir kaba süzülür.
4.Tencereye sıvı yağ alınır.
5.Küçük doğranmış soğan eklenerek kavrulur.
6.Salça eklenerek kavurmaya devam edilir.
7.Havuç ince ince doğrandıktan sonra tencereye alınır, karıştırılır.
8.Arpa şehriye eklenerek kavurma işlemine devam edilir.
9.Son olarak 1 tatlı kaşığı kuru nane ilave edilir.
10.Süzmüş olduğumuz mercimek suyuna 1,5 litreden biraz az olacak şekilde su eklenir tencereye alınır.
11.Kaynadıktan sonra mercimekler ilave edilir.
12.Havuçlar yumuşayana kadar pişirilir.
13.Son olarak tuzu eklenir ve ocaktan alınır.
