(baharatları arttırıp, eksiltebilirsiniz ama köri mutlaka kullanın derim. )
Üzeri İçin:
Büyük boy baharatlı doritos mısır cipsi (sadesi de olabilir ama baharatlı daha lezzetli oluyor)
Hazırlanışı;
1.200 ml sıvı kremaya 1 tatlı kaşığı köri,1 tatlı kaşığı kırmızı tozbiber,1 çay kaşığı kırmızı karabiber,1 çay kaşığı tuz ekleyerek karıştıralım.
2.Hazırladığımız sosu 1 kg tavuk kanadının üzerine dökerek kanatların güzelce sosa bulanmasını sağlayalım.
3.Tavuk kanatlarının üzerine kapatarak buzdolabında 4-5 saat dinlendirelim.
4.Büyük boy baharatlı mısır cipsi paketinde ufak bir kesik açarak havasını çıkartalım.
5.Elimizle bastırarak cipslerin kırılmasını sağlayalım.
6.Dinlenen tavuk etlerini cips kırıntılarına bulayarak fırın tepsisine dizelim.
7.Tüm tavukları mısır cipsisine buladıktan sonra 200°C fırında 25-30 dk pişirelim.
8.Fırından çıkan çıtır çıtır tavuklarımız servise hazır.
