250-300 gram kıyma
1 adet soğan
2-3 diş sarımsak
1 yumurta
pul biber, karabiber, tuz
yoğurt
Sos için;
2 yemek kaşığı tereyağı,
nane ve pul biber
Hazırlanışı;
1.Kıyma harcı için 1 adet rendelenmiş soğan,2-3 diş sarımsak,1 adet yumurta,250 g kıyma,tuz,karabiber ve pulbiberi uygun bir kapta yoğuralım.Daha sonra 1 paket mantı makarnanın içini kıymalı harç ile dolduralım.Dilerseniz hazırladığınız mantıları buzdolabı poşetine koyarak dondurucuda bekletip dilediğiniz zaman pişirebilirsiniz.
2.Tıpkı makarna pişirir gibi mantılarımızı kaynar suda haşlayalım.
3.Haşlanan makarnalarımızı servis tabağına alalım.
