Hazırlanışı;
1.Yumurtanın akı dışında tüm malzemeleri bir kaba koyarak hamuru şekil verecek kıvama gelinceye kadar yoğurun.
2.Daha sonra hamurdan parçalar kopararak şekillendirin ve üste gelecek kısmını önce ayırdığımız yumurta akına daha sonra ise bir tabağa koyduğunuz susama batırın ve tepsiye dizin.
3.160 derece önceden ısıtılmış fırında üzerleri kızarana kadar pişirin. Afiyet olsun..
