Karadeniz yöresinin en çok sevdiğim lezzetlerinden birisi mıhlamadır. Malzemeler
200 g kolot peyniri (telli peynirle, eritme peynirle ya da imansız peynirle de yapılır aslında ama bu peynirleri her zaman bulamıyoruz kaşar peyniri ile de yapıyoruz. )
1 çay bardağı mısır unu
2 yemek kaşığı tereyağı
1.5 su bardağı su
Hazırlanışı;
1.Tavada erittiğimiz tereyağının suyu ekleyin, üzerine mısır ununu dökerek hızlıca karıştırın.
2.Kaynadıktan sonra üzerine küçük küçük parçalara ayırdığımız peynirleri dökerek peynirler eriyene kadar karıştırın. Afiyet olsun.
Bu arada bu fotoğrafı 2010 yılı yaz ayında babamın doğduğu Trabzon'da Kalemli köyünü ziyaret ettiğimizde çekmiştim. Fotoğraftaki mıhlama da orada bize ikram edilmişti, karadeniz hem lezzetleri ile hem de doğal güzellikleri ile mutlaka ziyaret edilmesi gereken çok güzel bir bölgemiz. Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum:)
