Malzemeler
500 gram kıyma
1 adet kuru soğan
1-2 diş sarımsak
1, 5 yemek kaşığı domates salçası ( isteğe göre artırılabilir)
Maydanoz
Karabiber, pul biber, kekik, tuz

Püre için :
8-9 tane orta boy patates
Tuz
Süt
2 yemek kaşığı margarin

Üzerine :
Kaşar peyniri rendesi

Hazırlanışı;

1.Tenceremize sıvıyağ,1 adet küçük doğranmış soğan ve 1-2 diş sarımsak alarak pembeleşinceye kadar kavuralım.
2.Üzerine 500 g kıyma ekleyip kavurmaya devam edelim.
3.Daha sonra 1,5 yemek kaşığı salça,Tuz,karabiber,pulbiber ilave edip karıştıralım.
4.Maydanozlarıda ilave edip karıştıralım.
5.Patates püresi için haşlanmış 8-9 adet patates,2 yemek kaşığı tereyağı veya margarin ve 1 çay bardağı süt ekleyip karıştıralım.
6.Yağlanmış fırın kabımıza kıymalı harcımızı döküp yayalım.
7.Ve kaşık yardımı ile bastıralım.
8.Üzerine patates püresini yayalım.
9.Onun üzerinede kaşar peyniri rendemizi serperek 200°C fırında üzeri kızarıncaya kadar pişirelim.
10.Kıymalı patates püremiz servise hazır.
