Su bardağı ölçüsü 200ml’dir.
Hazırlanışı;
1.Tencereye 8 bardak tavuk suyunu alalım.
2.2-3 diş sarımsak ve yeteri kadar karabiberi ilave edip 1-2 dk kaynatalım.
3.4 yemek kaşığı unu 2 bardak su ile açalım.
4.Daha sonra tavuk suyuna karıştırarak ilave edelim.
5.Yeteri kadar tuz ve 1 yemek kaşığı üzüm sirkesinide ekleyip karıştıralım.
6.Son olarak kaynamakta olan çorbaya haşlanıp didiklenmiş yarım parça tavuk göğsünü ve naneyi ilave edip karıştırdıktan sonra ocaktan alalım.
7.Çorbamız servise hazır.
8.İsteğe göre tereyağında pulbiber kızdırıp üzerine gezdirebilirsiniz.
