Üzerine;
Çikolata sosu yada eritilmiş çikolata
Hazırlanışı;
1.Yoğurma kabına 125 g oda sıcaklığında tereyağı,1 çay bardağı sıvıyağ,1 adet yumurta,3 türk kahvesi fincanı pudra şekeri,1 limon kabuğu rendesive 1 paket kabartma tozunu alarak yoğuralım.
2.Yaklaşık 4 su bardağı unu yavaş yavaş ilave ederek yumuşak kıvamlı bir hamur elde edelim.
3.Son olarak 1 çay bardağı damla çikolatasını ekleyip tekrar yoğuralım.
4.Pişirme kağıdı serdiğimiz fırın kabına hamuru eşit bir şekilde yayalım.
5.Önceden ısıtılmış 180°C fırında yaklaşık 30 dk pişirelim.
6.Dilimleyerek dilediğiniz şekilde süsleyip servis edebilirsiniz.
